Mid-Year Performance Appraisals
Nothing in your mid-year performance appraisal should come as a surprise – per the Collective Bargaining Agreement, Article 15:
Please note that your mid-year appraisal should not come with a number score in the new performance management system; it is intended to be more of a conversation between you and your supervisor. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your appraisal, feel free to contact the Union confidentially through our website or join our weekly office hours on Thursday from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. EST.

- Performance problems and/or substantial failures by the employee to meet any performance standard will be brought to the employee's attention as soon as they occur or are noticed.

Emergency Assistance Fund (EAF)
Peace Corps Employees Union is participating in the Community Services Agency’s annual Emergency Assistance Fund, which assists union families with emergency financial needs. The EAF has prevented utility cut-offs and evictions, as well as helped with prescriptions and groceries.
Members can access the fund once, not once per year, and assistance is capped at $400. Emergency Assistance checks are made payable only to a creditor of the member. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or believe you may qualify.
